today that Mitch Moore and Dwamian McLeish have joined the firm as creative design
specialists. The addition of Mitch and Dwamian will effectively unite creative
design, database development and innovative web design to support a broader scope of
services and capabilities.

At Starr Tincup, Mitch will focus on print and graphic design. Prior to his hire at
Starr Tincup, Mitch was heavily engaged in graphic design and commercial print.
Mitch developed the company website and collateral materials for various marketing
promotions while serving as the creative director for Portrait EFX. Mitch also
created all collateral material, branding standards and corporate identity for the
Dallas Cowboys Alumni Association.

"There's a lot of stuff I will be able to learn while working at Starr Tincup
because everyone here is incredibly talented at something," Mitch said.

Bret Starr, principal and co-founder of Starr Tincup, is looking forward to Mitch

At Starr Tincup, Dwamian will concentrate on application programming and web
design/development. Prior to his hire at Starr Tincup, Dwamian was the interface
developer for Advance Global Communications and head developer and systems
administrator for In2ism.com. Dwamian also worked as an independent applications
developer.
